Orders are filled within 2-3 business days unless items are not in stock would take 7-14 days or more depending on the item.

Our products are guaranteed new or if stated used but in working order. We are not an auction site you will not receive any unpleasant surprises. What you order is what you get, we take photos of actual products you are ordering.

Battery belts/packs/quick release plates are custom made items no refund or cancellations will be granted & items that are special orders.

Same goes with Lamps/Director's Chairs & Custom-made cables, Made to order Glass filters or not in stock items.

Items listed in this website are guaranteed to be free from defects unless otherwise stated.

We ship using UPS/FEDEX USPS priority service international orders will be shipped via USPS first class all with tracking #'s.

CINE 60- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CINE 60 Battery Belts and packs are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Cells used in CINE 60 Battery Belts and Packs are guaranteed not to "open" or develop a 'short' under normal use. Our obligation under this guarantee is limited to repairing or replacing any part or Cell thereof within one year from date of purchase of the Battery Belt or Pack by original user, and which upon our examination shall disclose to our Satisfaction to have been thus defective. This Guarantee is expressly in lieu of all other guarantees express or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume nor authorize any representative or other persons to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. This Guarantee shall not apply to Battery Belts and Packs which have in our opinion been tampered with in any way, nor shall it apply to any Battery Belt, Pack or Cell which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident. To obtain performance of the Guarantee obligations, the original purchaser shall return the defective unit to CINE 60 in New York. The repairs covered by the terms and conditions hereof, during the term of this Guarantee, will be performed by CINE 60. The Purchaser must prepay all shipping, transportation, insurance, and delivery costs to and from CINE 60. The Purchaser shall provide proof of original purchase date to validate his rights under this Guarantee.

Prices: All orders will be accepted and shipped at prices prevailing at the time of shipment. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Terms: Shipment on open account will be made only to firms and individuals with approved credit. Terms are 30 days net with established credit.

Shipments: Prices are F.O.B. our plant unless otherwise indicatd by an authorized CINE 60 representative. When ordering, please indicate carrier preference and shipping method. Responsibility for safe arrival lies with the carrier. Should loss or damage occur, notify the carrier's claim dept. at destination and request inspection immediately. Any other claims must be submitted in writing within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.

Ordering: Please refer to catalog numbers when ordering. CINE 60 reserves the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. If substitution is required, customer will be notified prior to shipment.

Foreign Terms: Payment with order in U.S. funds by money transfer or confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit. Pro Forma Invoices will be supplied by CINE 60 on request.

Returned Goods: Merchandise cannot be returned for credit unless permission has been obtained from an authorized representative of CINE 60 within 10 days of receipt of equipment. If goods are returned for credit due to Customer's mistake, exchange for other goods or other causes beyond our control, a service and re-stocking of 20% of the net cost of the merchandise will be charged. Goods must be returned freight prepaid. All Repairs should be shipped prepaid to CINE 60's Repair Dept. in New York. PLEASE NOTE: CINE 60 is not responsible or liable for missing/lost in transit packages nor misuse,neglect from using our products. If such problem occur please contact us we are always here to help our customers we wish not to defamate any individual or entity everyone will be treated with professionalism and the utmost respect.
